Life Update~April

O goodness!!  Time sure flies!!  Here we are already in May!  I thought I would share with you guys somethings I did in April.

                                                                  Listening

To these lovely albums...

The Imperials are a Christian group.  If you have time, here is one of my favorites right HERE.

Love them all!! <3

Reading

Room for Hope by Kim Vogel Sawyer, you can read my review HERE.

Land of Silence by Tessa Afshar, which I reviewed HERE.

Counted with the Stars by Connilyn Cossette, which I also reviewed HERE.

I read two short stories from Sherlock Holmes.  I read A Scandal in Bohemia and The Final Problem.  I believe I read them in April, though it could have been March.  I can't remember. ;)

Loving

Our new kitty.  Allow me to introduce you to...

Cooper Casanova!  He is a Persian cat and such a love muffin!  Of course, he does like to play, but he also loves to nap!!  I love cats!! :D   He is super sweet! <3  And he has one eye that's green and one that's blue, which makes him unique! <3

Life

So we got to do a trip to L.A.  We went to Disneyland for a couple days for my sister Millie's 9th birthday!!  She's getting so big!  Then we went to the L.A. Coliseum to celebrate Azusa on Saturday. It was a great revival that took place in Southern California on Azusa Street 110 years ago.  On Sunday we went to the Rose Bowl which is a big stadium that has a flea market outside of it once a month.  It was really cool!  I got some antique scarves and this lovely camera...

I just love it! <3

I have also been able to go to my favorite thrift store several times.  I got some records, skirts, books, blouses, dresses, and I got this neat little thing and some other stuff.

I painted it. :)

Overall April was a good month.  Here's to May!  Cheers!

Ooh, are those your earbuds? 'Cause I think they're absolutely stunning. :O

You read A Scandal in Bohemia, too??? That is so bizarre because I just read two Sherlock Holmes short stories last month, and that was one of them. Braintwins! XD

AHHHHH YOUR CAT IS ADORABLEEEEE. *squeals for forever and a day* He looks like such a precious fluffball! We have a cat, too. I don't think I've ever actually shown pictures of her on my blog? Wait...have I even mentioned I had a cat? *gasps* I can already feel her glaring at me from downstairs. XD

Disneyland is SO much fun! We used to live close by when I was little and would go there quite a bit. AND YOUR CAMERA. I am seriously drooling over here. Ack, vintage things are the bestttt.

This was such a delightful post to read, Morgan! And I just wanted to thank you again for the beautiful gifts you sent me. I'm currently using the can for all my bookmarks, including the one you made. It's one of my favorite pieces of décor. ^_^
